Lead DevOps Engineer - Liberis

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain highly available Kubernetes clusters across AWS regions.
• Design and manage end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Collaborate with development teams to enforce security best practices, compliance, and observability across the stack.
• Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortem processes to continuously improve reliability.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of automation, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional DevOps experience in a fintech or SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS).
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python and familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
