About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) to accelerate delivery of trading applications.
- Automate monitoring, logging, and incident response for Linux‑based services to ensure high availability and security.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and security teams to embed DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions on architecture, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, preferably in financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform) and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Extensive experience managing Linux servers and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, drive technical decisions, and lead cross‑functional teams.
