Devops Engineer
Lead the design and operation of scalable cloud infrastructure, driving automation, reliability, and security across AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform environments while mentoring a high‑performing DevOps team.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain highly available, secure, and cost‑efficient cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Lead the migration and management of containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Design and enforce CI/CD pipelines, leveraging Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform, ensuring version control and reproducibility.
- Establish robust monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent.
- Collaborate with development, security, and product teams to embed DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional DevOps experience in a fast‑moving fintech or SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudFormation).
- Proficient with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities.
