Lead Developer driving end‑to‑end D365 F&O solutions, architecting custom extensions, and integrating cloud services to deliver high‑impact business outcomes in a fast‑moving environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom modules and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Architect scalable solutions using .NET, C#, Azure services, and Power Platform to meet complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate functional specifications into robust technical designs.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and Azure cloud services.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering high‑quality solutions on time.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
