About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross‑functional development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design and implement scalable, cloud‑native architectures using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid, reliable deployments.
- Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into robust, maintainable code.
- Champion best practices in code quality, security, and performance across the stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with Python and Node.js.
- Proven expertise in AWS services, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and IaC (Terraform).
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, monitoring, and incident response.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
