About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for predictive modeling, natural language processing, and generative AI initiatives.
- Lead end‑to‑end model lifecycle: research, experimentation, validation, scaling, and production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions and ensure measurable ROI.
- Mentor and coach data science and engineering staff, fostering best practices in code quality, reproducibility, and model governance.
- Establish robust evaluation frameworks, monitor model performance, and implement continuous improvement processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying machine learning/NLP models in a production environment.
- Expertise in Python and modern ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, Hugging Face).
- Strong background in deep learning, generative AI techniques, and large‑scale data pipelines.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, set architectural direction, and communicate insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization/orchestration tools for scalable model serving.
