TechWise Digital is seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to drive AI/ML initiatives from idea to deployment. This role involves leading end-to-end data science projects, building and deploying models in production, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, R, Apache Spark, big data tools, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data science projects – from experimentation to optimization
- Build and deploy ML/DL/statistical models in production environments
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to solve complex challenges
- Mentor junior data scientists and build a learning-driven culture
- Design experiments and analyze data for actionable insights
Required Skills
- 7–15 years experience in Data Science / ML
- Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or Bachelor’s with strong experience)
- Expertise in Python / R / Apache Spark
- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven experience in building and deploying production models
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Good to Have
- Experience in AdTech or large-scale data science applications
- Knowledge of visualization tools and advanced statistical techniques
