About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced NLP pipelines to detect compliance, legal, and reputational risks in 80+ communication channels.
- Lead end‑to‑end data science projects, from feature engineering and model training to deployment on AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable data models.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering best practices in experimentation, version control, and model governance.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders, translating technical insights into business‑impact narratives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science with a focus on NLP and compliance.
- Proficiency in Python, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, deep learning, and feature engineering.
- Experience with large‑scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop) and data pipeline orchestration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
