Lead end‑to‑end machine learning projects, from problem framing to production deployment, using Python, SQL and advanced predictive modeling techniques to deliver high‑impact AI solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full machine learning lifecycle: ideation, data strategy, model design, training, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable Python pipelines and SQL queries for data extraction, feature engineering, and model inference.
- Implement model monitoring, performance tracking, and retraining workflows to ensure sustained accuracy.
- Mentor junior data scientists and share best practices for reproducible research and code quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.
- Strong background in predictive modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Hands‑on experience with model deployment (Docker, Flask, cloud services) and monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
