About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models, focusing on classical algorithms and NLP techniques.
- Build and maintain a scalable inference layer that supports real‑time decision making across the business.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions and iterate on model performance.
- Lead model monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement, ensuring robustness and compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in data science, experimentation, and reproducibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science with a strong background in classical ML and NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering tools; experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
- Hands‑on experience with model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving real‑world business problems.
