Data Scientist
Lead data science initiatives for product experimentation, designing and executing A/B tests to drive data‑driven product decisions using Python and advanced statistical techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to evaluate product features and optimizations.
- Develop robust statistical models and Python pipelines for experiment data collection, cleaning, and inference.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate business questions into testable hypotheses.
- Communicate findings and actionable insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in experimentation and data integrity.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and statsmodels.
- Deep experience with A/B testing frameworks, hypothesis testing, and statistical significance assessment.
- Solid background in experiment design, causal inference, and data science methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into business impact.
- Experience leading data science projects and mentoring team members.
