About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines that enhance fraud detection, risk scoring, and customer experience across 200+ markets.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists and engineers, mentoring best practices in model development, validation, and production.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Architect scalable data infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with global regulations.
- Communicate findings and actionable insights to senior leadership through clear visualizations and executive summaries.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with 5+ in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, SageMaker).
- Deep expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in data engineering, feature engineering, and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
