Senior Lead Data Scientist driving end‑to‑end AI solutions for pricing, forecasting, and recommendation systems using Python, ML, and AWS, while collaborating with engineering and business teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of complex predictive models, from research to production deployment on AWS.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into scalable services and APIs.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in defining business objectives and translating them into data‑driven solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in experimentation, versioning, and monitoring.
- Drive continuous improvement of model performance through feature engineering, hyper‑parameter tuning, and A/B testing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in applied data science with a strong focus on ML and AI.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2).
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical insights into business strategy.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring a team of data scientists.
