About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists, ensuring best practices in model development, validation, and deployment.
- Design and implement end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines using Python, integrating statistical modeling and data‑visualization techniques.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional consultants and clients to translate business challenges into data‑driven solutions.
- Architect scalable analytics solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), including data ingestion, processing, and model serving.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing code, establishing standards, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
- Expertise in Python, machine‑learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch), and statistical modeling techniques.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services, particularly AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3).
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality analytics projects in fast‑paced, client‑focused environments.
