Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models that predict equipment health and failure modes for condition monitoring.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to ingest, clean, and transform large volumes of sensor and operational data.
- Implement end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines, including feature engineering, model training, validation, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate findings and model performance to stakeholders, translating technical results into business value.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science with a strong focus on generative AI and deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and advanced statistical modeling.
- Hands‑on experience with large‑scale sensor data and condition monitoring use cases.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
