About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full data science lifecycle: from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, validation, and deployment.
- Translate complex operational signals into actionable insights and lightweight AI products that proactively resolve service issues.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
- Leverage Generative AI techniques to accelerate prototype development and enhance user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, with a strong portfolio of production‑grade models.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
- Solid understanding of product development principles and user‑centric design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
