As a Lead Data Scientist, you will lead data analyses to solve business problems, bring solutions to production, and assist in training and fine-tuning various Machine Learning models. You will also identify ETL bottlenecks and contribute to the SaaS lifecycle using Agile methodologies, while building AI-driven solutions for customers.

About the Role
As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be instrumental in solving complex business problems through data analysis and bringing these solutions to production. You will work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams, contributing to the full SaaS lifecycle from prototyping to enterprise-quality testing and final implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead data analyses to solve business problems and help bring them to production by working with the Data Science and Engineering teams.
- Assist in the training and fine-tuning of Machine Learning models for the Manufacturing Industry, including supervised/unsupervised models, probabilistic models, linear models, text classification, computer vision, and time-series models.
- Identify bottlenecks in the ETL pipelines and recommend robust software solutions at scale.
- Contribute to a SaaS life cycle through initial prototyping to enterprise-quality testing and final implementations by using Agile methodologies.
- Help to validate algorithm implementations in order to meet the rigorous standards of quality set for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Teach complex concepts to a mixed audience in training sessions for customers and third parties of the product.
- Analyze our customers' data (both in and outside of the Aizon platform) in order to model the behavior of a wide variety of pharma manufacturing processes.
- Build AI-driven solutions that fit the needs of the Company's customers, using the tools, algorithms, and software provided by the product developed by our Company.
- Help us to build intelligent and reusable solutions for our customers and the product.
