About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to a cross‑functional team of data scientists and ML engineers, ensuring timely delivery of AI solutions.
- Own the full lifecycle of AI projects: requirement discovery, research, model development, validation, and deployment.
- Translate complex business challenges into data‑driven strategies and scalable machine learning models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Wealth Management to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Champion best practices in data governance, model monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in data science and AI, with a proven track record of leading end‑to‑end projects.
- Proficiency in Python, machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data manipulation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and scalable deployment pipelines.
