Software Engineer
Lead the design and execution of data quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across enterprise data assets using SQL, Python, and governance frameworks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end data quality frameworks, including profiling, validation, and remediation pipelines.
- Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to define quality metrics, SLAs, and data governance policies.
- Develop and maintain automated tests and dashboards in SQL and Python to monitor data quality across multiple sources.
- Lead root‑cause analysis for data anomalies, driving corrective actions and process improvements.
- Mentor and coach a team of data quality analysts and engineers, fostering best practices and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data quality, data governance, or related roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data profiling platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
