Lead Data Engineer Python, AWS, SQL, GenAI Enterprise Platforms Technology

As a Lead Data Engineer on our Enterprise Platforms Technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems that drive business growth and innovation. You will lead a team of engineers in the development of data pipelines, data warehousing, and data analytics solutions using Python, AWS, and SQL. You will also be responsible for architecting and implementing GenAI solutions to drive business insights and decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers in the development of data pipelines, data warehousing, and data analytics solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data systems that drive business growth and innovation.
• Architect and implement GenAI solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and GenAI.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on large-scale data systems.
• Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Strong understanding of Python, AWS, and SQL.
• Experience with GenAI and its applications in data analytics and business decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
