Lead Data Engineer - Azure & Snowflake - Nova Web Technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and DBT.
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor a team of data engineers.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to translate business requirements into efficient data solutions.
• Optimize performance, cost, and reliability of cloud‑native data workflows.
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering with deep expertise in Azure and Snowflake.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Hands‑on experience with data architecture, governance, and performance tuning.
