About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise data architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect and optimize large‑scale ETL pipelines using modern tools (Airflow, dbt, Spark) across on‑prem and cloud environments.
- Define and enforce data modeling standards, including dimensional, star, and graph schemas, to support analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data solutions.
- Oversee performance tuning, data quality, and security compliance for all data assets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex data projects.
- Deep expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and big‑data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data integration services.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor cross‑functional teams.
