Data Analyst
Lead data analyst responsible for ensuring high‑quality CAMHS data, driving KPI reporting, and leading change initiatives while collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders across the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Care hub.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee data quality assurance for CAMHS datasets, ensuring compliance with KPI requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to support performance monitoring.
- Lead change‑management activities, introducing and embedding new data processes and standards.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a culture of data‑driven decision making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data quality analysis and KPI reporting within a healthcare or public sector environment.
- Strong knowledge of the PARIS system and CAMHS service workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and change‑leadership skills.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation and validation.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
