Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure high-quality, timely data for analytics.
- Lead advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics projects to uncover actionable insights for financial advisors.
- Create and manage interactive Tableau dashboards, delivering clear visual narratives to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, translate business needs into analytical solutions, and present findings.
- Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices in data science.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL and Python.
- Proven expertise in Tableau and data visualization techniques.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and predictive analytics.
- Experience managing end‑to‑end data pipelines and ETL workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
