Lead the analytical direction for a fast‑growing team, building and maintaining BI infrastructure, improving data quality, and delivering actionable dashboards and insights using SQL, Python and modern data‑warehousing tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the analytical strategy, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
- Design, develop, and maintain a scalable BI infrastructure, including data pipelines, warehouses, and reporting layers.
- Lead the creation of high‑impact dashboards, datasets, and ad‑hoc analyses that inform product and operational decisions.
- Improve data quality, governance, and tooling across cross‑functional teams.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering best practices in data modeling, ETL, and visualization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, BI development, or data engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong background in data warehousing concepts and ETL processes (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
