Data Analyst
Lead Data Analyst responsible for driving lead generation initiatives through advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and visualisation using SQL, Python and Tableau to optimise campaign performance and support strategic growth.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform lead generation data from multiple sources.
- Develop predictive models and segmentation strategies to identify high‑value prospects and improve conversion rates.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau that provide actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define metrics, set targets, and measure the impact of lead generation campaigns.
- Mentor junior analysts, establish best practices for data governance, and ensure data quality and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics roles, preferably within B2B lead generation or marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and strong Python programming skills for statistical analysis and automation.
- Hands‑on experience building visualisations and dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and relational database concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, communication skills, and a track record of delivering data‑driven recommendations that impact business outcomes.
