About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize customer data and key performance indicators.
- Lead data analysis projects across CRM systems, extracting actionable insights to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine business processes and improve data quality.
- Implement advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and segmentation, to support decision‑making.
- Document data workflows, maintain metadata repositories, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role, preferably in a CRM or customer‑data environment.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
- Hands‑on experience with analytics platforms and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
