About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical vision for DevSecOps and secure software delivery across the enterprise.
- Architect and implement scalable SSDLC pipelines, integrating security testing, code analysis, and compliance checks.
- Drive automation of security controls, vulnerability management, and incident response within CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate with application teams to embed security best practices and conduct threat modeling.
- Mentor and coach cross‑functional teams on secure coding, platform security, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in DevSecOps, application security, and secure software delivery.
- Deep expertise in SSDLC, automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform), and security testing frameworks.
- Proven track record designing and scaling secure platform architectures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
