About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise‑wide security solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory and policy requirements.
- Lead threat intelligence and incident response teams, coordinating investigations and remediation across multiple platforms.
- Develop and maintain security architecture frameworks, including cloud (AWS) and on‑prem environments.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security gaps.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing security engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cyber security engineering, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in threat intelligence, incident response, and security architecture across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Strong knowledge of AWS security services, network security, and secure coding practices.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python) and automation of security workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
