Lead the Salesforce Center of Excellence, architecting and delivering custom solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and REST APIs to drive customer engagement and digital transformation across Roche’s health platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce to meet business requirements.
- Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and best‑practice guidance within the Salesforce CoE.
- Design and implement secure, scalable integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, and middleware.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure high code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce release management processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and driving project delivery.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
