About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering, system design, and implementation of HVDC digital control and protection solutions.
- Collaborate with NPI, ITO, OTR, and Product Care teams to ensure seamless integration across engineering disciplines.
- Establish and enforce consistent design practices and global engineering processes.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor junior engineers, and develop organisational talent.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the transition to green energy solutions.
