About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, and SageMaker to enable agentic AI capabilities.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in developing, testing, and deploying scalable AI models and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and AI roadmaps.
- Implement best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on AI strategy and architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and solution delivery.
- Proven expertise with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, and SageMaker.
- Strong background in agent orchestration and intelligent automation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading technical teams and driving project success.
