About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, review, and approve civil works for large‑scale infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure technical specifications, schedules, and budgets are met.
- Oversee construction monitoring, quality control, and compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and present technical reports, cost estimates, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous improvement in engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; professional engineering license preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in civil, marine, or transportation infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in project management, construction oversight, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
