About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of business analysis for risk, finance, HR, and compliance initiatives, translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements, create user stories, and prioritize backlog items in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, test, and deploy digital tools and platforms that enhance collaboration and reporting.
- Analyze data sets, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support decision‑making across multiple business units.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, documentation standards, and best practices for business analysis across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a large enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, requirement elicitation, and user story mapping.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and experience creating dashboards.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
