About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support enterprise analytics.
- Lead the implementation of BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau) and data models that enable self‑service reporting for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate analytical requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize query performance and data storage strategies across on‑prem and AWS cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in data governance, security, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BI/analytics engineering with a strong background in SQL and Python.
- Proven track record building and scaling ETL workflows and data warehouses.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
