Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions, aligning business processes with technology platforms such as SAP and API ecosystems while driving architectural standards and agile delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end‑to‑end integration strategy across multiple business domains and IT systems.
- Architect, design, and oversee implementation of SAP, API‑based, and middleware solutions ensuring scalability and compliance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to model processes, translate requirements into technical specifications, and drive continuous improvement.
- Guide cross‑functional teams using Agile practices, ensuring timely delivery and high quality of integration projects.
- Establish and enforce integration standards, governance, and IT service management procedures.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration, with deep expertise in SAP and API management.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, process modeling, and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Proven leadership in Agile environments, capable of mentoring teams and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical audiences.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
