About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for Salesforce implementations within the media domain.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for development and configuration teams.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews using Agile frameworks to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform data modeling, gap analysis, and impact assessments to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and change management activities to drive adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM capabilities, data model, and customization tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder, Apex basics).
- Proven experience in the media or entertainment industry, understanding of media workflows and revenue models.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies, user story creation, and backlog management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
