About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end analytics projects, from data collection and cleaning to model development and reporting.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for technical teams and executive leadership.
- Identify and design process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define business requirements and success metrics.
- Present insights through dashboards, visualizations, and executive summaries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on data analytics and data science.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with statistical modeling or machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
