About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for IVI, Android, QNX, and Linux based automotive applications.
- Integrate AI/ML techniques into test strategy to improve coverage, fault detection, and root‑cause analysis.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to define test requirements for Snapdragon Automotive SoCs and hypervisor environments.
- Execute end‑to‑end validation of compute platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards and performance targets.
- Mentor junior engineers, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement of the automation pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automation testing for automotive or embedded systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting and test framework development.
- Hands‑on experience with Android, QNX, Linux, and hypervisor based platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI/ML methods to testing and data analysis.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
