About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement robust Playwright‑based test automation frameworks for complex FinCrime systems.
- Define and enforce automation standards, best practices, and quality metrics across the organization.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and continuous delivery.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams on advanced automation techniques, test strategy, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps stakeholders to align automation goals with business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation architecture, with deep expertise in Playwright.
- Strong background in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines) and test strategy development.
- Proven leadership skills, capable of guiding cross‑functional teams and driving technical excellence.
- Experience in the Financial Crime or FinTech domain is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
