About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines and analytical solutions to support strategic decision‑making.
- Build, validate, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning techniques.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define analytics requirements and ensure data quality and governance.
- Mentor junior analysts, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement of analytics processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn) and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, Redshift, SageMaker) for data storage and model deployment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication ability, and a track record of delivering business‑focused analytical solutions.
