About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the design of scalable AI/ML solutions across product lines.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and feature stores for model training.
- Develop, train, and fine‑tune deep learning models using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Deploy models to AWS (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda) ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in model versioning, monitoring, and reproducibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of production‑grade models.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and SQL/NoSQL data stores.
- Hands‑on experience deploying models on AWS (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda).
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and cloud architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical teams.
