About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑complexity web, Internet, and intranet applications using Object Oriented Programming principles.
- Lead architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across client‑server and web environments.
- Mentor and review code for junior developers, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Plan, unit test, and deploy applications, coordinating with change control and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Object Oriented Programming and application architecture.
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and client‑server development.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, change control, and deployment processes.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
