About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the company’s data platform, integrating diverse data sources and ensuring data quality.
- Oversee BI administration, including user access, security, and performance tuning of reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and dashboards.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline data workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Mentor and guide junior analytics engineers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Apache Airflow and modern data pipeline orchestration.
- Strong background in Business Intelligence, including experience with BI tools and data governance.
- Proven ability to design and scale analytics architectures in a production environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience leading technical teams and driving project delivery.
