Software Engineer
Lead analyst responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing CRM measurement frameworks for pharmaceutical sales, leveraging SQL, Python and visualization tools to deliver actionable insights and drive data‑driven decision making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain end‑to‑end measurement models for pharma CRM data, ensuring data quality and consistency across multiple systems.
- Develop and automate dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize sales performance, customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling in Python to identify trends, segment customers and recommend actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, IT) to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data solutions.
- Lead data governance initiatives, define KPIs, and establish best practices for data collection, storage, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably within pharmaceutical or life‑science CRM environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical domains.
