Lead Analyst – IT‑AI Full Stack Engineer driving end‑to‑end design and deployment of generative AI solutions, autonomous agents, and RAG‑based workflows for enterprise clients, leveraging Python, LLMs, vector databases and robust API orchestration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment, using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Design and develop generative AI applications and agentic workflows, integrating LLMs with vector databases for RAG‑based solutions.
- Build and expose scalable APIs and orchestration services that connect AI components to existing enterprise systems.
- Create intelligent automation agents and AI assistants, ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with product, data, and DevOps teams to define requirements, validate models, and iterate on solution performance.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector database technologies (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
- Solid background in API design (REST, GraphQL) and orchestration of microservices.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and building conversational agents or chatbots.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
