Senior analyst leading complex healthcare data analysis, creating advanced reports and dashboards to drive utilization and cost‑containment insights using SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Medinsight, RxNavigator and executive‑level dashboards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and data models to extract and transform large healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab datasets.
- Build and manage SSRS and Crystal Reports for ad‑hoc and scheduled reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Leverage Medinsight and RxNavigator to enrich data, perform trend analysis, and support cost‑containment initiatives.
- Create and update Executive Dashboards that visualize key performance indicators for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements, validate findings, and present actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Experience with Medinsight, RxNavigator, or similar healthcare analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of presenting findings to executive audiences.
