About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models using Python and AWS services.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in Agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design robust data pipelines and feature stores.
- Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and model monitoring.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging AI techniques and translating them into business value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI product development.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker).
- Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience leading Agile teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex business problems.
