ML Engineer
Lead AI/ML Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models and pipelines, guiding a team of engineers, and driving AI strategy using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end machine‑learning solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Lead a team of AI engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Design, train, and optimize deep‑learning models using TensorFlow and PyTorch for computer‑vision, NLP, or recommendation tasks.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices on AWS, ensuring reproducibility and monitoring of models in production.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in machine learning and deep learning, with a strong Python background.
- Proficiency in TensorFlow and/or PyTorch, and experience building production‑grade models.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for model deployment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams or projects.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
