About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI governance and risk management frameworks across the organization.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to embed risk controls into the AI development lifecycle.
- Mentor and coach junior risk analysts, fostering a culture of responsible AI use.
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and standards, translating them into actionable policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML risk management, governance, or related regulatory roles.
- Deep understanding of machine‑learning models, data pipelines, and associated risk vectors.
- Proficiency in Python for risk analysis, model auditing, and automation of governance processes.
- Strong knowledge of AI‑related regulations (e.g., GDPR, NIST AI Risk Management Framework) and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
